Cooking with an allergy or a specific diet means checking everything. CulinaryFlow is built to make that easier — while being honest about what software can and can’t promise.
Set up your Diet Profile
Open your Diet Profile and choose:
- Diets: vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, keto, low-carb, paleo, Mediterranean, high-protein, halal, kosher and more.
- Allergens and foods to avoid: gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, soy, sesame and pork.
You only set it once. AI Cook and the Meal Planner apply it automatically to everything they suggest.
Diet labels are checked against real ingredients
A badge saying “vegetarian” is only useful if it’s true. CulinaryFlow checks diet badges against the recipe’s actual ingredient list. If a recipe contains something that doesn’t fit — chicken stock in a “vegetarian” soup, for example — it doesn’t get the badge. We’d rather show no label than a wrong one.
Tools that help
- Nutrition analysis: see calories, macros and likely allergens for a recipe.
- Substitution helper: find swaps for an ingredient you can’t eat or don’t have.
- Ingredient check in AI Cook: review and edit the detected ingredients before generating recipes.
What we can’t promise
Software can’t see inside the products you buy. Brands change recipes, “may contain” warnings vary, and AI can make mistakes. So please:
- Always read the label on every product, every time.
- Watch for cross-contamination in your kitchen.
- Follow your doctor’s or dietitian’s advice for serious allergies and conditions like coeliac disease.
